The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is a national-level statutory body and council responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing technical education in India. Established in 1945 and operating under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, AICTE works to ensure quality standards in engineering, management, pharmacy, architecture, and other technical institutions across the country. The organization promotes innovation, research, entrepreneurship, and skill development among students. AICTE also launches various initiatives, internships, scholarships, and training programs to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, helping students become industry-ready professionals and contribute effectively to India’s technological and economic growth.
