As an HR Rotational Trainee, you will rotate across four key People & Culture (PC) functions, gaining end-to-end HR exposure. You will actively contribute as a functioning team member from day one, supporting strategic and operational HR initiatives. The program combines on-the-job learning, shadowing opportunities, structured training, and continuous performance feedback to help you grow into a future HR leader.
Rotations may include areas such as People Culture Services, Employee & Labor Relations, Organizational Growth & Health, Total Rewards, and People Growth & Leadership Excellence. These rotations may vary based on business needs and individual development goals.
