The Talent Acquisition Executive plays a critical role in supporting Lenskart’s ambitious growth journey by attracting, evaluating, and hiring the right talent for its expanding retail business. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, ensuring optimal workforce availability while building strong partnerships with business stakeholders. You will contribute directly to maintaining high manning levels and delivering hiring outcomes aligned with agreed SLAs in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment.
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for Lenskart’s retail operations. You will build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using diverse sourcing channels while ensuring a healthy source mix. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver timely hiring solutions.
You will be responsible for managing bulk, lateral, and volume hiring while tracking competition talent trends to strengthen sourcing strategies. A key focus will be on interview management, candidate experience, offer negotiations, and driving closures within defined timelines. You will also ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and contribute to continuous improvement in hiring practices. Regular travel is required to support business needs across locations.
