We are hiring an Associate Record To Analyze (R2A) Process Expert with 2–6 years of experience in Finance Administration to join our team in Kolkata. This role is part of the BSv organization and focuses on delivering high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused finance operations services. The candidate will leverage knowledge of Record, Report, Analyze (R2A) processes to support service levels, key measurement targets, and drive business outcomes through frictionless finance practices.

As an Associate R2A Process Expert, you will participate in or lead finance operations activities, ensuring accurate processing of non-complex to complex transactions. You will support period-end close activities, preparation of reports, reconciliations, and interaction with Financial Controllers. The role requires strong coordination within the team and with stakeholders while ensuring documentation, compliance, and operational excellence.
