We are hiring an IT Assistant (0–1 Years) for the Retail industry under the IT & Information Security department. This is a full-time, permanent role based at DMart Corporate Office, Wagle Estate, Thane (W), Mumbai (Third-party payroll). The position offers a salary range of ₹50,000 – ₹2.25 LPA and is open to freshers (Any Graduate). The role involves supporting POS systems, payment gateways, hardware, and software across multiple store locations in Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

As an IT Assistant, you will be responsible for visiting stores to conduct IT audits as per checklist and ensure 100% working of POS machines. You will monitor POS applications, payment processing systems, QR code scanners, and ensure proper integration of payment gateways. The role includes maintaining hygiene of POS areas, proper cable tagging, dust-free counters, and ensuring antivirus updates and software patches are installed.
