The Network Escalation Engineer is responsible for providing advanced technical support and resolving complex networking issues for enterprise customers. This role requires strong expertise in network engineering, routing protocols, and large-scale network architectures. The engineer will work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot high-priority customer issues and ensure reliable network performance. Candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate qualification are suitable for this role.
The Network Escalation Engineer will be responsible for handling complex networking issues related to routing platforms and enterprise networks. The engineer will work with networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, ISIS, IPv4/IPv6, MPLS, and L2/L3 VPNs to diagnose and resolve system issues.
