We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Records with 5–8 years of experience in Outbound Sales / Outbound Process within the BPM/BPO industry. The role is based in Mumbai (Malad, Goregaon) and requires a professional who can effectively manage customer interactions, handle international communication, and support the customer success operations team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, resolving customer queries, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. You will work closely with team members and management to achieve daily and weekly sales or service targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
