Genpact’s Customer Service Voice position involves dealing with inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving problems. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at Genpact, the following responsibilities will be expected:

1. Transaction Processing & Customer Interaction:

  • Strong expertise in HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and touchy data handling (PHI/PII).

2. Communication Skills:
