Job Description

The Advocacy Operations (AO) team supports Amazon Flex by helping resolve scenarios that affect the delivery partner experience.

The selected candidate will work with the operations team and handle assigned operational tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality requirements.

The role also provides opportunities to contribute improvement ideas and work in a high-visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manager instructions.
  • Providing timely responses to stakeholders on assigned tasks.
  • Proactively identifying and escalating issues or alerts to managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintaining required SLA performance.

Skills Required

Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Understanding of productivity and quality targets.
Ability to identify and escalate operational issues.
