Job Description
The DCO Tech 3 will work as part of Amazon's Data Center Operations team, which is responsible for maintaining the infrastructure that keeps AWS cloud services running.
The selected candidate will work on server rack installation, hardware break-fix, network troubleshooting, trouble-ticket resolution, scheduled maintenance, change-management activities, and emergency situations affecting data center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support data center infrastructure.
- Support day-to-day data center operations.
- Follow established safety and security procedures.
- Support the availability and stability of AWS infrastructure.
