Amazon is hiring for the position of HR Business Partner, ROW PXT India in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role is part of Amazon's People Experience and Technology (PXT) organization and focuses on HR strategy, employee engagement, talent management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness and people-related business decisions.

The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders and Operations/support teams, lead an HR team, use HR metrics and employee sentiment data, and drive initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The role also involves change management, stakeholder management and process improvement.
