Amazon's HR Regional Partners act as frontline HR consultants for the business. In this role, the HR Partner will support managers by providing guidance on HR policies, processes, employee matters, performance management, people development, and organizational changes.

The HR Partner will work independently as a subject-matter expert while collaborating with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence such as Benefits, Compensation, and Employee Relations.
