Job Description

The Investigation Associate, PQ Ops will join Amazon's Transaction Risk Management Team and work on the investigation and elimination of online e-commerce risks.

The role involves researching seller transactions, evaluating information, authenticating customers and complex transactions, identifying potential risks, and taking appropriate action according to established processes and standard operating procedures.

Amazon is looking for analytical professionals who can make independent decisions with a high degree of accuracy and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate facts surrounding seller transactions.
  • Investigate potentially risky or suspicious e-commerce transactions.
  • Take appropriate action based on established SOPs and investigation tools.
  • Communicate with external customers through phone or email when required.
