Job Description

Amazon Pay is hiring a Sr. Product Manager (L6) to drive the growth, usage and engagement of its credit and lending products in India. The role involves building customer-focused credit experiences, managing the product roadmap, improving discovery, usage and repayment journeys, and working closely with technology, lenders, marketing, customer service, finance and other teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive usage and engagement across Amazon's credit products.
  • Improve customer activity rates and transaction frequency.
  • Manage the credit lifecycle, including credit-limit upgrades, downgrades and upselling.
  • Define product strategy, market opportunities and product roadmap.
