Job Description
The Amazon Team Lead will be responsible for the daily management of a shift and the effective coordination of associates.
The selected candidate will monitor operational performance, allocate jobs, mentor associates, maintain quality and safety standards, and take action on issues affecting the shift.
The role also includes conducting workplace audits and supporting associate training and development.
Key Responsibilities
