Job Description
The Business Performance & Analytics Analyst will support Amgen's Global Planning Network and site Supply Chain organizations through data analytics, business intelligence, dashboards, KPI reporting, financial analysis and automation.
The role transforms planning, manufacturing, inventory, procurement, logistics, and financial data into insights that support business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards.
- Create KPI scorecards and performance reports.
- Identify trends, risks and business opportunities.
- Support IBP, S&OP and operational reviews.
