Job Description

Amgen is hiring for the position of Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst in Hyderabad, India. The role focuses on Manufacturing Data & Analytics and combines business analysis, manufacturing processes, data requirements, product delivery and technology.

The selected candidate will work with manufacturing subject-matter experts, process owners, data owners, Product Owners, developers, data engineers, architects, UX designers and QA teams. The role involves converting business requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, data requirements and test scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with manufacturing SMEs, process owners, data owners and business stakeholders.
  • Identify business pain points and information needs.
  • Capture business rules, process variations and exceptions.
  • Document acceptance criteria.
