The Java Developer (React) will work as a hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer, writing production code while leading and mentoring an offshore development team.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end application delivery, covering the UI, APIs, backend services and databases. The role also involves collaborating with onshore stakeholders, conducting code reviews, managing technical issues, addressing performance and security gaps, and communicating project risks and progress to leadership.
