Job Description

EY is hiring a Senior Consultant – Tech Consulting – ServiceNow for its National CNS Technology Consulting team.

The role focuses strongly on ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) platform configuration and implementation. The position also requires experience with Agentic AI and Custom Application Development.

The successful candidate will work on enterprise ServiceNow solutions, workflows, workspaces, integrations and related platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement the ServiceNow SPM platform.
  • Support ServiceNow platform implementation projects.
  • Develop scalable solutions for enterprise use cases.
  • Develop workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
