Job Description
The Specialist – F&A – I2C 4A role is associated with the Invoice-to-Cash process, which covers activities connected with customer accounts, receivables, cash application, reconciliations, collections, and related financial operations.
A professional in this role may be responsible for accurately processing financial transactions, reconciling customer accounts, following up on outstanding amounts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining process quality according to defined SLAs and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply received payments to appropriate customer accounts.
- Investigate unidentified or unapplied cash.
- Maintain accuracy in cash application activities.
- Reconcile customer and agent accounts.
