Job Description
The Sr. Engineer – Application Support will be responsible for supporting business-critical applications and ensuring their availability, reliability, and performance.
The selected candidate will troubleshoot application issues, manage incidents, coordinate with development and infrastructure teams, monitor applications, and help resolve production problems within agreed service levels.
