Job Description
Genpact is hiring a Technical Associate – Application Support 5A for its Noida location.
The role focuses on application support, SQL job monitoring and troubleshooting, technical issue resolution and end-user support. The selected candidate will work with internal teams, users and vendors to resolve application-related issues and maintain smooth application operations.
The position is offered on a hybrid work model with a Flex Time India work shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participating in regular status calls.
