Job Description
The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Employee Central module according to client business requirements.
The selected candidate will work with clients and cross-functional teams to understand HR requirements, translate them into functional specifications, configure Employee Central solutions, support testing and implementation, and provide post-implementation assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business and HR requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Work with stakeholders to validate requirements.
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Optimize existing Employee Central configurations.
