Job Description

Tech Mahindra is looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join its software and enterprise applications team. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions for clients.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise and HR functional knowledge to ensure successful project delivery and seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
  • Integrate Employee Central with SAP and third-party systems.
  • Participate in project planning and status review meetings.
