Job Description
Wipro is hiring qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) for the position of Direct Taxation in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
The role focuses on direct taxation, tax compliance, tax provisioning, tax reporting, tax litigation support and advisory activities. Candidates will also be involved in areas such as TDS/TCS, DTAA, tax returns, tax due diligence, transaction structuring and tax incentives.
Wipro specifically requires candidates with 3 to 7 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and understand India tax litigation matters at different levels.
- Prepare RPT schedules and supporting documentation in coordination with Finance teams.
- Monitor industry trends and changes in tax regulations.
- Support transaction structuring and related tax advisory activities.
Skills Required
Knowledge of Indian income tax laws and regulations.
Strong knowledge of direct taxation
Experience in tax provisioning and ETR calculation.
Knowledge of tax due diligence.
