Job Description

The Mid-Level Manager (MLM) L3 will be responsible for increasing revenue, improving process efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and ensuring an excellent customer experience through effective supervision of daily operations and personnel.

The role focuses on account governance, contract compliance, delivery performance, resource planning, budgeting, invoicing, quality management, stakeholder coordination, and team retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with senior leaders on account strategy.
  • Developing operational plans.
  • Identifying new geographies and potential revenue streams.
  • Identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
