The Production Specialist L1 will provide effective technical and process support while resolving client queries directly or escalating complex issues within defined timelines. The selected candidate will interact with clients through telephone and email, understand their queries, provide appropriate solutions, maintain accurate records, and ensure that issues are resolved according to contractual service-level requirements.
