Job Description

The Tools Engineer L2 will be responsible for supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure, servers, operating systems, networks, related utilities, and production environments.

The selected candidate will work on deploying new technologies, configuring and maintaining systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users, and ensuring the availability, integrity, and security of supported environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy releases of new technologies.
  • Design, install, configure, and maintain PC/server operating systems.
  • Support network infrastructure and related utilities.
