As a Global HR Platform Consultant, you’ll be accountable for coping with and optimizing Sony’s corporation HR structures (which includes SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar). You will work intently with HR commercial enterprise companions, IT teams, and platform companies to ensure seamless integration, effective deployment, and non-stop development of HR structures globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject be counted professional (SME) for one or extra worldwide HR structures (e.g., SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals)

- Hands-on revel in with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or comparable HR structures

Skills:
