Barclays is looking to rent a element-orientated and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to help its HR operations and employee experience. In this function, you may assist with HR processes, offer administrative aid to the HR team, and ensure smooth execution of day by day HR sports. You will act as a factor of contact for personnel on HR-associated queries whilst supporting hold correct employee information and compliance with guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR strategies, inclusive of onboarding, employee information management, and documentation.
  • Act as a liaison among employees and HR for queries related to benefits, regulations, and procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities along with scheduling interviews and supporting with candidate communication.
  • Maintain HR systems and databases, making sure accuracy and confidentiality of records.
  • Prepare HR reviews and assist in audits or compliance checks.
  • Support worker engagement projects and HR programs.
  • Ensure adherence to business enterprise rules, employment laws, and satisfactory practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a associated subject.
  • Previous experience in HR aid or coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking talents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS structures.
  • Attention to detail and ability to preserve confidentiality.
