The Tata Group is hiring a technical writer (business development) to support its professional development and proposal activities by creating clear, hypnotic and professional documents. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge with strong writing skills with strong writing skills to produce high quality proposals, presentations, whitepappers, case studies and client-facing materials that align with strategic purposes of the Tata group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development, writing and editing technical materials for proposals, business development documents and customer presentations.
- Cooperate with business development teams, subject matter experts and solution architects to collect input and translate them into professional materials.
- Ensure that all written materials are accurate, customers-focused, and are aligned with organizational branding and standards.
- Create user -friendly documents such as product details, technical specifications, case studies and RFP reactions.
- Simplify complex technical information in clear and motivational language suitable for business stakeholders.
- Maintain the continuity of tone, style and message in all business development documents.
- Review documents to ensure high quality and error-free submission and proofied documents.
- Support the initiative of marketing and business development with creative materials when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communication, technical writing, business or related field.
- Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in business development, IT or counseling environment.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofriding skills.
- The ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong cooperation skills with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with documentation tools.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
