Key Responsibilities: Oracle Transportation Management System
1. OTM Implementation & Configuration
- Configure OTM modules which include order control, making plans, execution, freight rate, and visibility.
- Develop and personalize OTM workflows, dealers, and automation guidelines.
- Integrate OTM with business employer packages like Oracle EBS, SAP, or 1/three-birthday celebration structures.
- Assist in data migration, keep close facts setup and device validation.
2. Business Analysis & Process Optimization
- Work with logistics, supply chain, and IT businesses to understand transportation dreams and demanding conditions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance standard overall performance via OTM competencies.
- Design and record useful and technical requirements for OTM upgrades.
- Optimize load consolidation, issuer desire, and freight rate management.
3. Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide ongoing assistance for OTM customers, resolving problems related to configurations, integrations, and usual overall performance.
- Troubleshoot mistakes so as processing, cargo planning, and financial agreement.
- Conduct root reason assessment for transportation execution failures.
- Ensure system stability and average performance via non-prevent monitoring.
4. Integration & Data Management
- Develop and hold interfaces among OTM and out of doors systems through APIs, internet services, and EDI.
- Ensure accurate and timely records go with the glide among OTM, ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
- Validate integration mappings, troubleshoot errors, and decorate device connectivity.
5. Training & Documentation
- Conduct education periods for end customers and industrial enterprise agency groups on OTM functionalities.
- Maintain documentation for machine configurations, workflows, and customizations.
- Develop customer manuals and SOPs for transportation techniques internal OTM.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Oracle Transportation Management System
Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud or On-Premise variations.
- Proficiency in configuring OTM modules which consist of Order Management, Shipment Planning, Execution, and Freight Settlement.
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and scripting for custom reports and automation.
- Understanding of OTM integration frameworks together with REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Knowledge of OTM safety, getting the right of admission to manipulate, and consumer feature control.
Functional Skills:
- Understanding of logistics, supply chain, and transportation management.
- Experience strolling with first-rate transportation modes (truckload, LTL, air, ocean, rail).
- Familiarity with freight rating, carrier contracts, and charge optimization techniques.
- Ability to interpret business enterprise necessities and translate them into OTM configurations.
Soft Skills:

Education & Experience:
